QUALITY WALLPAPER
Our wallpapers are made with Euro-grade materials including a paper based sourced from Finland as well as coating and colours sourced from Europe.
We subject our wallpapers to stringent quality control measures and rigid testing prior to delivering them to our customers; this includes actual installation tests in our facilities.
ALWAYS READY STOCK
We have several large scale warehouses based in Malaysia and we always ensure that our stock levels are healthy. We almost never run out of stock.
In the unlikely event that our stock level is not enough or does not cover the requirements of our customers, as a factory, we are able to manufacture stock within 1 week.
FAST DELIVERY
We operate our own large fleet of delivery vehicles including purpose trucks and vans. Our drivers are trained to ensure we expediently make deliveries every single day.
We have developed an incredibly reliable and efficient network for deliveries including having corporate accounts with local logistic companies.
REMARKABLE SERVICE
Each customer of ours are assigned a dedicated service personnel who will be on call to take care of their needs in every regard from ordering to advisory as well as resolving any issues.
Our customers will also have direct channels and constant communication to the general managers for any urgent queries.
